Q. Do you take telephone orders?
A. We do not currently accept phone orders. This is so we can keep our costs down, and offer the most competitive price on the Internet.

A. We do not have an incoming telephone line. All emails will be answered within 2 hours (during working hours - 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday).
Q. Do you accept overseas orders?
A. We do not currently accept overseas orders.

Q. Can I receive a catalogue?
A. Sorry we do not currently have a catalogue due to the rapidly changing product mix we offer.
Q. How do I change an order?
A. You cannot change an order once it has been placed. You would need to cancel the order and re-order the correct item.
Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. You can cancel an order by emailing us. The email will be dealt with within 2 hours (during working hours – 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday), so assuming the order has not been dispatched we will confirm the cancellation to you by email.
Q. How long does it take to process my order?

A. All items on our website are in stock.
Q. Can I order without registering?
A. You can order without registering, but you will not qualify for loyalty points.
Q. How much do you charge for delivery?

A. The cut-off time is 1.00pm.
Q. Can you deliver on a Saturday?
A. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service

A. Your card details are securely processed via our card merchant HSBC, and no details are held by us.

A. We do not accept orders for items that are not featured on our website

A. We do not do repairs.

A. We have shops in York & Scarborough.
Q. I live in the Channel Islands. Why do I still have to pay VAT?
A. Our system cannot be configured to take into account the deduction of vat, and thus we regret we cannot deduct any tax for you.
