RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you wish to return item(s) purchased you must advise us within 10 days of receipt of your intention to return it (or within 20 days of the date it was dispatched to you if we have no proof of delivery). To do so please click here and complete the form with your details, and we will email you with a returns number, and the address to return your item to.

If you wish to exchange an item please place a new order for the item you want, and return the item you don't want for a refund.

If you are purchasing the item as a gift, please state on your order the date of the event, and the 10 days return policy will commence on this date.

In circumstances where we have sent you the wrong item, or where the item is faulty please follow the same procedure as above, and we will advise you how to proceed.
