I) 7 DAY (uses Royal Mail Second Class Postage)
Royal Mail state that they "aim to deliver all Second Class items by the third working day after posting" but do not guarantee delivery times. If you select this delivery method and you miss your required date, then we are sorry but we will not be held responsible.

• Delivery times not guaranteed, with no claim for loss until 15 days from posting.
• Delivery days Monday to Saturday
• Typically allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery

II) 4 DAY (uses Royal Mail First Class Postage)
Royal Mail state that they "aim to deliver all First Class items by the second working day after posting" but do not guarantee delivery times. If you select this delivery method and you miss your required date, then we are sorry but we will not be held responsible.

• Delivery times not guaranteed with no claim for loss until 15 days from posting.
• Delivery days Monday to Saturday
• Typically allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery

III) NEXT DAY (uses Royal Mail Special Delivery or Other Carrier)
This method guarantees that you will receive your order by the next business day (if you place your order before 1.00pm on the previous business day).

• Saturday deliveries to Residential Addresses are possible, although cannot be guaranteed
• Deliveries to the extreme north of Scotland may take up to 3 working days

IV) NEXT DAY BEFORE 12 NOON (Uses Royal Mail Special Delivery)
This method guarantees that you will receive your order by 12 noon the next business day (if you place your order before 1.00pm on the previous business day).

The following conditions apply to the above options:

A. Bag Heaven are responsible for making any claim for compensation for loss, and are responsible for the safe delivery of your order. Any claim for loss or damage will be limited to the value of your order.

B. Claims for non-delivery must be notified to us within 20 days of dispatch of your order. You will be advised by email when your order is dispatched, and any claims for non-delivery over 20 days from this date will not be valid.

4. LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in relation to this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

5. VAT
Where applicable, VAT is included in the product prices.

6. PRIVACY POLICY
Bag Heaven do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Information will be used to process the buyer’s order and fulfil the delivery function.
